locking up/freezing up

Just wanted to know if someone can help me. For the past
2 weeks my systems has been freezing/locking up. I have
to unplug the computer for it to restart.

Keep the case away from walls, allowing sufficient ventilation. Be sure
that fans are working well.

Test an updated video driver from the chip or card manufacturer's WEBsite.
ROLL BACK if not satisfactory. If you are unfamiliar with this process,
seek out someone who is.

what is your system configuration, do you have enough
memory or scan for any viruses

Hard locks are commonly due to video and/or ram issues.
