Locked out of computer

I recently upgraded to window 2000 prof. I went to log in under my user name
and password and it will not let me. I have tried everything. Can someone
please help me?

See the link below on a free program to download that can be used to create
a bootable floppy or cdrom to reset your administrator password to logon
with. First try to logon with the account name " administrator " and leave
the password blank to see if that works. If it is, you want to be sure to
give it a hard to guess password and write it down somewhere where you do
not want other people to find if you do not want them to access the
computer. The password reset utility requires a little knowledge of how a
computer works though for most of the prompts you can use the default
setting and hit enter until it asks you what you want to do and for what
