Lockdown!

I managed to remove all the boxes and fields using the Tools: Startup
options, and now everytime I start the database or open it when already in
access, all menus disappear. How do I get them back?!

Hold down the shift key when you open it.

SwEdIsH_OfFiCe_UsEr,

Go to the .mdb file in Windows Explorer and double click it WHILE holding
down that Shift key (on your keyboard). The database container window will
open. Go back to Start Up and put back the check marks for the menus you
want to appear.
