How do I get back the FullMenus in MDB application?

I got ridoff Full Menus and Toolbars in my Access XP application thinking
there was an easy way to get them back. Now I realized that I cannot get
those menus and toolbars just within that application or .MDB file. I could
still see them if I create a new database or open another database but not
within the one I got rid off.

I did this by going to Tools/Startup... and unchecking a few options.

Please help me I have about 2 months worth of work in there and the last
possible backup I could get is a week old and I made important changes this
week I may not remember to redo.

Thanks.

Hi
Try holding the Shift key while you're opening the database.

Try holding down the Shift key WHILE opening the database.
This will bypass the start-up options.
You can then make any changes needed.

If holding the Shift key down while opening the application doesn't work, there still may be another fix--I came across a different problem here recently involving the toolbars. I had to 'reset' Microsoft Access' built-in toolbars to resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Todd
