how to recover "Tools" menu in Access? ...Urgent

I just did a stupid action, when I open the database application, I went to
Tools -> Startup and unselect "Allow built in tool bar" and "Allow change the
tool bar options" ... I do not remember exactly, but there are 4 check box on
the bottom I unselect all of them...Owww....crying.....

After I close the application and login again, I just got the simplest the
menu, File, Edit, Insert, Records, Windows, Help...That is not what I want, I
want the Tools menu back and with the options.. I am the Admin of that .mdb...

How I recover those menus? any solution is appreciated@

Hold the Shift Key down until your database is completely open. You should
then have your full menu back.

Hi Jessica,

At the login dialog, type your username/password, then hold the shiftkey
down while you click on OK. Continue to hold the shifkey until the db
window appears. This will bypass any of the Tools, Startup settings as well
as any autoexec macro.

I had this problem the other day....

Hold the shift key down, when you open your database file.
