Lockdown user browsing - IE7

Hi,

I don't know if its possible to lock down IE7 so that users (on a certain
computer) can only access a few specific web sites?

Or whether its possible to configure IE7 to only allow users to view
websites within specific IP networks?

The only feature that I have managed to use to do this is the IE7 'Content
Advisor', is there a better way this can be done?

Thanks.

You can go into the Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings
menu and configure a non-existant proxy server at IP address 127.0.0.1 (which
is internal to your own PC). This will cause all internet traffic to be
routed to this non-existant proxy server, which will drop all traffic. Then
configure exceptions to the proxy server, which are the URLs of the sites you
want to allow.
