Lock out of account password

I can not enter my alphabetic part of my password for at&t account. The
numaric numbers will go in fine. I hit something on the keyboard and a screen
came up saying something. I did not read the information I just clicked ok.
From there I have been locked out. All other accounts work. Thanks Ted

My guess is that the alphabetic characters are those that are shared by
the keypad section overlaying those same alphabetic characters. Laptops
don't have a keypad on the right end as do desktop keyboards, so they
make the keys do double duty. Look at using the Fn key which is used to
select the alternate function of the keys. That should let you toggle
off the numpad section of your keyboard.

Do a System Restore to before you did NOT read the info.
NEVER click without reading things!

Click Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
