location of MS Photo editor file

I would like to set up a registry entry to lock Photo editor in as
my default. The only thing I can find is the short cut under all users.
Does anyone know the name of the exe file and it location so I
can put the path in my directory. It does not work with the short cut.

If you make all your other photo editing software non-default, Photo Editor
should open when you click an image file.
