Hi Everyone,

I'm not able to see any Local Area Connection adapter inside of network
connections, however i'm able to use my internet and everything else over
the network adapter. I've try to un/install the network adapter but it still
nothing show up in network connections. It does however show up in device
management.

OS: Windows XP SP2

Any help would greatly appreciated.

Run services.msc and make sure that the Network Connections service is
started. Run eventvwr.msc (Event Viewer) and look for relevant
messages.

If those suggestions don't help, see this Microsoft Knowledge Base

I had a case like this one. I think you can hind the connection from the regedit.

Thanks,

I don't remember the details, but you may be able to find it using find feature to find the tcp/ip or IP. Please do post back, if you find it. Good luck.
