local administrator cannot change the system time

Just windering if anyone has seen this before.
I am rolling out XP Pro using ghost 8 with ghostwalk 8. At present I am
logging on as local admin as the PC's have not yet been added to the domain.
I cannot change the system time as I get the following error:

"You do not have the proper privilege level to change the system time"

What the ?. I would really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas. My only
guess is that ghostwalk has corrupted the sid.

cheers
