Loading Spyware Remover

Everytime my system boots or/ I double click on the
spyware remover icon. Windows tried to configuar spyware
remover and is looking for the file labeled
Spywareremover.msi. I have located one file on my system
that is labeled spywareremover.msi, then i get a error
this is not a valid file. This is becoming a pain, does
anyone know how to get rid of this?
