After surfing and watching videos on vh1 all of a sudden I have a warning
box in the middle of my desktop that I have spyware and I need to buy a virus
spyware remover. My security says everything is blocked and scan is okay but
how do I get rid of the warnimng box? Thanks

It sounds like you're infected with malware. Are you using a quality
anti-malware product regularly, and is it up-to-date?
Try your favorite search engine on Spybot, Adaware and Super AntiSpyware for
reliable/ reputable products
