loading personal settings hangs

I am running win XP and the program boot up and runs ok. I
have 3 separate accounts to choose at the log on screen
The problem is that it can take about 2 minutes to load
the personal settings after you pick who is going to log
on. I have run Norton Anti Virus and spybot search and
destroy, Defrag the hard drive and did a hard drive clean
up.
