Loadbalancing Terminalserver Windows 2003 Clusteresis

My company plans to publish various applications for 400 users over Citrix.
The idea to realize this over terminal servers under Windows 2003 is
located also in the area.
The clients use Windows 98. A problem in this case is the distribution of
load, since the application runs on 8 servers
We found the product RDP load balancer of Clusteresis.
Does someone have experience with the product? Reading product
description,
it is identical to the Citrix distribution of load.
Did someone install the product already productively?
