Windows XP load personal setting

I have Windows 2003 and Windows 2000 server environment.

The problem l have is when logging in from windows 2000 prof, it takes for ever to load personal setting and applying computer setting.

Has any come across this problem and have a solution.

Spyware, viruses, full HD, not defraged, bad network, CPU dieing ... or a combination of all.

It is none of the above mention. l did check all the above and did not help with the problem.
