Load needed DLLs for HAL

Having problems when I reboot my computer.
Have had several error messages.
Missing or corrupt file:
System32\Drivers\pci.sys AND
System32\Drivers\isapnp.sys
(Both files are there)

Last error message was:
Load needed DLLs for HAL.

Computer finally booted, but need to correct this problem
every time I boot.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
