Load Library Failed and other problems help!

Hey guys I started up my computer after a few days of inactivity and when I
restarted none of my startup programs ran and I got an error message
notifying me that they had failed for example ltmoh.exe-Application Error
"The application failed to intialize properly (oxc0000006) Click Ok to
terminate the application" Also...When I try to perform a system restore once
i click "Next" I get an hour glass and then nothing happens and the arrow
comes back and the system does not restore. Also I cannot get an internet
connection to work even though I know for a fact it should work cables- ISP
everything is fine (I'm on a college campus network). I cannot run any
program properly and the computer is extremely slow. Please help!

Start by making sure your antivirus software is up to date and try running a
virus scan on your system. If you are unable to do so from your desktop,
try running it from Safe Mode; boot the system, start tapping F8 and
continue to do so until the menu appears, then, select Safe Mode and press
enter. If you cannot run it from Safe Mode, see if you can get online from
Safe Mode and try an online scanner:

Also, check for malware on your system. Download, install and run Ad Aware:
