List font names in their font

any explanation on the "check box" at the dialog box of Option:

Tool > Customize > Options
and
in the Options Dialog box, at the section under "Others",
there is a checkbox indicatiing:

List font names in their font

any explanation regarding what is the usage for the above command ?

If that box is not checked, then the font dropdown in the formatting
toolbar lists the names of the fonts but doesn't show what they look
like.

If that box is checked, then that dropdown shows the name of each font
as a sample of the font -- the name "Arial" is shown in Arial font,
the name "Times New Roman" is shown in Times New Roman font, and so
forth.

If you have a lot of fonts and a slow computer, it can take a few
seconds for Word to load all the fonts into memory the first time you
use the dropdown. In that case, you might want to uncheck the option.

In addition, this setting also controls what you see in the Style dropdown.
If you have the box checked, the styles are shown in their fonts (as they
are in the Styles & Formatting task pane) instead of in the UI font.
