links not working

i have recently noticed that if i get a link in an e-mail
message when i click on that link all i get is a blank
internet explorer window. if anyone knows a solution it
would be greatly appreciated. i can be contacted at the e-
mail address listed.

Something simple to try is to run a repair on Internet Explorer. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;318378&Product=ie.
This article is written for XP, but should largely hold true for 2000.
