Links in Internet Explorer 6.0

I am trying to customize my links toolbar in Internet Explorer so that all
the users to the computer have the same links. I am running Win XP sp2 and
have just the specific links desired for the profiles in the default user
profile in "Favorites". When I log in as a new user I get the hotmail,
customize links, windows, windows media, and the microsoft marketplace links
place in the toolbar. How to I stop the Microsoft links from being placed in
the links toolbar?

KPBEAN right click the tool bar unlock it and uncheck links and relock
it
