Links (Affiliate) on website

Sorry if the subject line isn't specific enough but I'll explain:
I have an affiliate link on my homepage for http://www.cd-wow.com which is a search box for CDs, etc and the text for the link is supplied by CD-Wow. When I preview this using FP2002 it shows the full search box with a header image for "CD-WOW" but when this has been published to my web space, the header image doesn't appear. This image is linked to the CD-WOW website and takes the form of:
<img src="http://images.cd-wow.com/images/affiliates/cdw_affiliates_srch_hed..gif" alt="" width="175" border="0" height="20"></a> ..... then the rest of the link for the search box which appears ok.
If you have a look at my homepage you will see what I mean.

I've also tried to set another link for another company (now removed) which previewed ok using FP but didn't appear at all on the published site - the only common factor was that the image was linked directly to the company's site.

Any suggestions what's causing this and how I can sort it?

Thanks.

I see it just fine. What type of connection do you have? With all the
images and such on your page, it's going to take a while to download...and
the link to cd-wow may take a long time as well since you are pulling from
another server.

How long are you waiting before you closed the page?

Hi,
I have a broadband connection and don't have download problems. I've left
the page loaded for 10 mins+
Is it a settings problem on my PC? I have the same problem with Opera as the
browser. I have ZoneAlarm Pro installed which I assume won't stop this kind
of link.

Any suggestions? It has become very frustrating.
