I need to create a copy of my entire website for a separate client to order + affiliate track ????

I have a small site I am redoing... and I need to copy the entire website
for a client ... so they can order ALL the same stuff but I need to be able
to track it FOR this client... I was told the best way is to create a copy
of my entire website and add something on to the end so when I get an order
from that SUBweb I will know the difference.

I am not sure if this is the best way....

I have my one MAIN site.... www.mysite.com
and then it would be .... www.mysite.com/theircopysite

so I would track orders from teh website from the THEIRCOPYSITE part...

The thing is.. I thought maybe an AFFILIATE LINK would just be better...
like through MALSE shopping cart .... but the problem goes further... they
want a WELCOME PAGE for people that come from their site... so it says
WELCOME FELLOW "TheirCopySite" REps... (as an example)... I can't do that
with an affiliate LINK.... it would then just be might site with a CODE for
them...

I am confused... what do I do?

To create a copy, just publish the current web to
http://www.mysite.com/theircopysite

Then just change the pages as needed, then in your shopping cart application
in this new web, set the email to be sent to a different email address.

Thank you Thomas, do you think that this is the easiest way? or the fastest
or least complicated?

I will have MANY pages to change and it will double the storage for my
site... on the other hand it will be more simple

It is the easiest, fastest and the least complicated method.

Otherwise, depending on your hosting OS, what is supported by your host
(ASP, PHP, etc.), shopping cart, there are other solutions that can be used
that would allow you to maintain a single site.
