linking picture files and emailing

people are going to send numbered pictures to me, these will be placed in a file. I have a data base with a form for entering all the relavent infomation, and one of these feilds will contain the number that correspond to a picture file in the aformentioned file. I want these to automatically display on the form.

I also want to be able to run a report that seeks out a specific selection of records; then by using contact infomation (held on outlook at the moment) which corresponds (is linked) to a field within the recor, send these records, linked to their relavant pictures by email. (or by fax! if possible)

Can any one help? is this possible (please let the answer be yes) thank you for your assistance.
