Linked Table Manager - Invalid procedure call

I upgrate to Access 2003 from 97, now when I go to tool -> Add-in -> Linked
table manager, a pop-up say "Invalid procedure call or argument", how to fix
it????

Did you install the Linked Table Manager with Access? Also, it would be
under tools-> database utilities-> linked table manager. If there is
something called linked table manager in the add-in menu, that isn't what
you want.
