link web page *.php to outlook 2003

I have made web pages and link folder in outlook 2003 for my work.
Every pages are showing well in there. But, one of page is including php.
When I click it, it brings up code(source) in dreamweaver that I have used
to create web page, not web page.
But, it shows up in internet explorer without any problem.
How can I fix this?
