Link to .pps file shows menu bar

A slide show hyperlinked to from Microsoft Access displays the menu bar and
the web tool bar instead of full screen even though I selected full screen
from Set Up Show and saved the file as a .pps. Upon close, a message
displays that the web toolbar will no longer contain the list of documents
jumped to previously. Yet, if the .pps file is opened directly from its
folder, it displays in full screen. What have I done wrong? Many thanks.

It sounds as though Access is invoking the browser to display the linked file.

Is the file on your local hard drive or on a web server?
