link in email message

We recently changed to Windows 2003, and in my Outlook, I am unable to open
links that people send me. I have to copy and paste the address into the
internet browser, which is inconvenient but fine. However, sometimes you
cannot copy and paste the address, which then you have to literally write out
the address and then type it in...

How can I get it so I can click on the link with the email ["Click here"].
