Lines rebreaking and hyphenation inconsistent

I am working with Word 2003. I noticed my lines of text rebreaking from Print
Layout View to Print Preview. When I print to hardcopy, I have a several
words that hyphenate a certain way. And yet when I check my electronic
document, the words are not hyphenating.

We are using Adobe Open Type fonts, and I wasn't sure if that matters. I
have reveiwed all Tools\Preference (compatibility) and find that none of
those settings makes a difference. I also played with my View prefrences with
no results.

Sometimes pages are changing breaks as well. It breaks one way as I am
paging through the document, and then out of no where, it pushes a line off
the page.

Any ideas.

Are you by any chance choosing a different printer when you go to print? I
believe Word formats itself to match the setting of the default printer in
your system. If you then choose another printer you may get some reflow,
because it is reformatting itself for the new printer.
