Limiting guest book access

I have a website that contains a guest book. I have 3 people who are leaving
long links to websites on the guest book. I have their IP addresses. How
can I restrict them from leaving entries.

The IP addresses would have to be restricted on the host server. You would
need to contact your host about that.

However, many people have dynamic IPs that change everytime they go on the
internet, so your efforts would most likely be fruitless.
