limitations on margins when printing a web page

After upgrading from Win 98SE to Win NT Home Edition, I
can't print a full page on my HP1100 LaserJet printer
when using Internet Explorer 6. In the Page Setup menu
of IE6, I cannot set the right margin to a value less
than 5.5 inches or the bottom margin to a value less than
6 inches even though I have the Paper Size set to
Letter. I have the same problem if I use AOL's browser.
I do not have this problem with any other piece of
application software. Any idea what might be wrong?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the printer, making sure you have
WinNT(XP?)-compatible drivers.
