A) There are supposed to be spaces after periods and
question marks, and a new sentence is supposed to start
with a capital letter. I usually ignore such semi-literate
stuff, but it's clear you and your hubby need help, and
besides, I was a boy scout once, and you know, you're
supposed to help children and old ladies and so forth.

B) Your hubby doesn't know what he's talking about - a
printer is not a program.

C) See my answer to your other post. If that doesn't make
sense to you, go to Start --> Settings --> Printers, and
work from there. If it shows a printer, you _must_
uninstall (remove) it. After you have removed the existing
printers, shut down, reboot, and install the driver that
you downloaded. (You may have to go back to Lexmark support
and find the installation instructions).

D) Buy a book. The "...For Dummies" series are very good -
I use 'em myself. Or a handbook, there are lots of good
ones. But look through several first. One of mine is
"Windows 2000 Instant Reference" by Julia VanSteen - it
usually has what I need.

Good luck.
