lexmark printer X5150 has hardware error 0502 -WHAT IS THIS?

the printer don't print because of a hardware problem 0502.Please help me
solve this problem a.s.a.p

I fail to see what printer hardware errors have to do with Microsoft Word
doc management. A quick look at Google produced the following -

I too have this model - without problems, but my handbook
gives two help lines:
(A)On your desktop click start > programs > Lexmark X5100
series > Lexmark X5100 series Solution Centre. (This
might be a link to item (B) which would therefore need a
net connection.
(B) Go direct to; http://support.lexmark.com
