LEXAR Media PIN DRIVE error 17

Hi,

This drive only has one problem. It generates an error 17 every time it
is used. Here is the System Event log for one cycle.

This does not cause functionality failure.
I problem happens when any operation is done.
There is no corruption of the database, or lack of system resources. Now
the communication with the library file I can not address.

I have tried the following:

Using Disk Management:
Removed the partition
Reinstalled a new partition without a problem
Formatted the drive

All if this didn't help.
Only other thing I can think of might be some firmware upgrade due a
manufacturing problem.

I have tried to find the model number of the unit, but it is not
available as the manufacturer suggests.
The only identification I find is "Lexarmedia 4O39RD".(And that is an
"O")

Would appreciate any ideas.

Try deleting the device in Device Management and let Windows redetect
the device.
