LDAP with Outlook 2003

I'm trying to set up my outlook to search our ldap directory. I've checked
and re-checked my settings so I'm pretty sure that everying is setup
correctly. I'm running Windows XP Pro (ver 5.1.2600) and Office 2003 (service
pack 1 installed).

However when I try to run a search I receive the error:

MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED

Any ideas?
