layering audio clips(2)...need help again

basically i have 2 audio clips...1)my
song 2)my voice and i was wondering if there was a way to put my voice
overlapping the song. so, the song will be heard the whole time but my voice
will overlap the song so you can here my voice over the song

Yes
You need to do this in multiple passes.
1) Save the movie to your harddrive with the audio track in place on the
audio/music timeline.
2) Import the new video into your collections
3) Drag this video to the timeline of a new WMM project.
4) Drag the voice audio clip to the audio/music section of the timeline.
5) Save this new instance to your harddrive and mission accomplished.
