Language bar..

My Language bar is CHECKED in Toolbars via the taskbar.. but the acutal
language bar is nowhere to be found.. how can i find it?

Hi David,

It would be shown closest to the Notification Area. At times, I have seen
it float to the top right of the screen on its own.

Do you also have the proper settings under:
Control Panel/Regional .../Languages/Details/Language Bar?
