Language Bar Problem

I recently enabled the Japanese IME and the Langauge bar in XP Pro, but it
does not appear to have installed correctly. Certain features like Natural
Input and IME Pad do not work, and some help files are inaccessable from the
tool bar, even though they are there in the proper directory and can be
accessed manually. I'd like to know how to repair or fully enable the
Japanese Langage Bar. Can anyone help?

I can read and write just fine, all of the other functions of the language
bar all work fine, I'm just concerned about thae fact that the functions I
listed don't work. I tinkl it may have been an error during installation
that caused the problem.
