2. Why do I get an empty Language Bar, or a Voice Command that starts
and exits immediately?
This will happen if you have Advanced Text Services disabled. To
correct the problem, enable Advanced Text Services.
To enable Advanced Text Services:
1. In Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional
Options, and then click Regional and Language Options.
2. In the Regional and Language Options window, select the Languages
tab, in the Text services and input languages area, click Details.
3. In the Text services and input languages window, select the
Advanced tab.
4. In the System Configuration area, clear Turn off advanced text
services checkbox.
5. Click OK twice and exit the Control Panel.
When you restart Voice Command, the Language Bar should appear.
