Landscape Printing problem.

We have some users who do a lot of printing from Outlook but even though you
have the default settings set to portrait it still is printing out in
landscape. We have tried changing the setting in IE, Excel, Outlook but we
can get the landscape printing to stop - it always defaults to landscape and
we would prefer it to default to portrait. Your suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
