LAN and Dial-up

I need some help with a computer at work. I have 1 user that is connected to
our LAN but for some medical verification she has to dial in to another site.
She had this setup for about 3 years and she could dialout yet still access
info on the LAN and the LAN printers. Now, all the sudden when she dials out
it drops her LAN connection. Any ideas that will help me configure it back
the way it was would be greatly appreciated. The computer is running Windows
XP Professional. Thanks.

it could be the routing issue. posting the result of routing table here may help.

to print out routing table using route print command. also, are you sure the subnet in the LAN is 255.255.255.128 instead of 255.255.255.0?
