Label problem - PLEASE help

Hi, I created labels using the label wizard. I then added a group
header for a FN/LN field. I moved the following text box to the group
header:

=Trim([Last] & ", " & [First])

Remaining in the detail section is a field called "Signer Name".

Now, here's my problem. Some groups have one signer name, others have
more. Because I'd used the labels wizard, it recognizes the 3 columns.

I did have to change it to "down and across" instead of "across and
down".

The problem is I need it to keep the label sizes exactly as they were
before I created the header section. It's like it does not even
recognize the fact that I'd chosen an avery 8160 label, 3 across, 10
down. I've worked with can grow/can shrink, and also with subforms.
Nothing works!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

All that the label wizard does is create a multi-column report with the
appropriate section heights, widths, and margins to accomodate the chosen
label. There is nothing about the label built into the resulting report
once the wizard has completed. As soon as you change anything then it is no
longer going to fit that chosen label sheet.
