Keyboard & Mouse don't work

When I try to connect to my Terminal/Citrix Server from
home I get the login screen but my keyboard & mouse do not
work on the remote desktop so I can not enter my login
credentials. I had been using a USB K&M so I switched back
to the PS2 K&M just to rule that out, still no luck. HELP!!
I have plenty of CALS I can surf the net at home I just
can't seem to connect to work. I have tried ICA Client and
Terminal Service Client neither one work.

Is there a possibility that you can use a totally new
keyboard just to see if that helps? Does this happen on
other clients as well, or just your computer?

I switched Keyboards and changed the mouse, still a nogo.
My system is the only one this is happening on as far as I
know. Both K&M's work fine on my local desktop just don't
work when I get the remote login screen.

Hmm...

Just offhand, what type of video card do you have on your
client?

i have the problem with a mobility radeon 7500. the other
clients. im not sure exactly what the clients are but
they are Dell GX1's and GX110's.

While I don't have any idea why this woould happen, some
peoplehave reported that using one particular version of
ATi's video drivers causes an issue like this. Since you
are using an ATi card, why don't you try upgrading your
ATi drivers and software and see if that solves the
problem.
