Keyboard error

I'm trying to load primavera project planner 3.1
The following error message appears :-
NVTDM KERNEL - missing 16 bit system module

Please re-install the following module to your system32 directory
KEYBOARD.DRV

XP came preloaded on this PC so I dont have a disk

Advice on what I need to do next please

Contact the software manufacturer. Give the exact text of the error
message (a screen shot is best), with your operating system version,
your Primavera version, and your software serial number if you have
one.

Stan, software vendor says it's an XP problem, nothing to do with them
need to set keyboard up with correct driver.

How do i do this?
