keeping font and formattin gtoolbar

Hi there,


I set my font type to Arial and have my formatting toolbar on view.

Everytime I close word down and reopen it, my font type reverts back to
Times New Roman and my formatting toolbar disappears.

Is there anything I can do to stop these from changing everytime I
close the program down.

Do the following to change the font of blank documents: On the Format
menu, click Font. Choose the desired font and then click the Default
