Keepin IE window on top

Sometimes I run another application in the background and I only need to click once or twice per minute, if I'm reading something on IE I would like to keep the IE window on top of the app instead of it constantly disspapearing below, is there anyway I could set a setting for "Always on Top"?

Thanks.

Hi,
I've been using PowerMenu from
http://www.veridicus.com/tummy/programming/powermenu/ to do this and a few
other things. There are a number of similar programs (many of them free.) A
search of the freeware/shareware sites would find them.
