Our network consists of several physical locations in
multiple states connections to the remote locations vary
from Wireless connections to VPN over DSL to Point-to-
Points.
I have configured an AD site for each of these
locations. For the purposes of this discussion, SiteA is
our main location, or the center of our star network.
All remote locations connect back to SiteA to get to all
other sites.
When I run the check replication topology a server at
SiteZ seems to be the center of our replication
topology. It creates automatically generated connections
to servers in all of the other AD sites. The trouble is
that SiteZ is over an unstable wireless VPN connection.
Is there a way to force this center point on the
replication topology to a server in SiteA so it can
automatically generate connections to that server to all
other sites or do I have to manually create all
connections if I want this done?
