KB936181 Update Issue

An "IMPORTANT" Update, KB936181 shows up as ready to install. I've
installed it numerous times with and without a Restart (does not prompt for
a Restart after it says Successfully Installed), however the update keeps
showing it needs installed.
Anyone else having this problem or got a solution?

First open Windows Update, click Update History. Find out if KB936181
is in fact been installed. If it is, go back to Check for Update, right
click on KB936181, and click Hide. It will never show up again.
