Blue Screen Error

Gill Julien

Hi guys

I have a Dell XPS 420 Quad with Vista Home Premium with SP1,
when I leave my computer for half hour or so (maybe less), when
returning to it I move the mouse to get off the screen saver and after
doing so it gives me the following blue frozen screen error"

Error 8065FB10 in NDIS.sys

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 4105

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: d1
BCP1: 00000014
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000001
BCP4: 8065FB10
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini031708-01.dmp

and the only thing I can do is hit the computer power switch to retart the
system
which will boot in safe mode. Upon selecting normal startUp it runs
perfectly
till next time I leave it unattended for half hour or so. As soon as the
system is
bootedup it tells me that I have new windows Update ready to be installed
and
will download and install the following" Security Update for Microsoft XML
Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181)

Installation date: ?01/?04/?2008 11:22 AM

Installation status: Successful

Update type: Important

A security issue has been identified in Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML)
that could allow an attacker to compromise your Windows-based system and
gain control over it. You can help protect your computer by installing this
update from Microsoft. After you install this item, you may have to restart
your computer. Once you have installed this item, it cannot be removed."

After viewing the update history I found that this KB936181 has successfuly
installed itself
at least 50(fifty) times.

Now what do I do to rectify this blue screen error?
