Call Product Support as is noted in the articles, this is the only way to
obtain the free hotfixes (there are no charges for these). Do not accept
these files from any other source as they may be altered, and not in your
favor. These hotfixes are supported but not regression tested, so are not
suitable for every user.

I know that, but I am an OEM user and can not afford a hotfix for 35$ each.
Only retail users get free hotfixes.

Then you are out of luck. If you have an OEM install, support comes from
the OEM. If you bought an OEM disk and installed Windows yourself (as
opposed to HP, Dell, etc.) then *you* are the OEM and in effect are
providing self-support. This is one of the reasons OEM versions are
slightly less expensive (in the short run at least) than retail
versions; there are limitations. If you purchased the computer from
someone, contact them for support.

Hi,

No, OEM users are also eligible to get hotfixes for free from MS.

For USA, use phone number 425-635-3311
