K8V deluxe question

John

I am now running a epox board and have run epox in the past with no
problems. I am thinking of going to the K8V deluxe board as epox's board
only has 2 ram slots for the clawhammer processor. I have OCZ PC 3200
performance series, 1 512meg stick and a matched pair of 256meg sticks.
Anyone have any idea whether this would work on this board. I know it is not
listed on Asus website. I sure don't feel like buying another gig of ram.
Thanks in advance

I can't say if it will work or not, but there is one point that needs to
be mentioned. There is a table on pages 2-12 and 2-13 of the manual that
lists maximum RAM speeds with configurations. If you use all three slots
then you maximum RAM speed will be reduced. The amount depends on whether
the sticks are single or double sided. You can download the manual in PDF
format from Asus's web site.
